Snowshoe across Lapland’s Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, warm up by a campfire, and enjoy lunch in Finland’s cleanest air.

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was involved in a ski accident the day beforehand and tore my ACL, making it physically impossible for me to participate. I promptly notified the guide, provided a doctor’s note, and explained the situation in good faith. Despite clear medical documentation and circumstances entirely outside my control, I was denied any refund. While I understand that businesses have policies, a complete lack of flexibility in the face of a serious injury — especially when proof was provided — reflects very poor customer service. A more reasonable and humane approach could have been taken. I would caution future customers that if an unexpected…”

“If you want a real life authentic Finnish experience then this is for you. Me and my husband absolutely loved this trip. Our guide Sari couldn’t do enough for us. The reindeer experience on a working farm was really good and the snow shoeing even better. It felt like Heli had taken us into her home as an old friend. We cooked sausages over an open fire, with homemade cakes provided afterwards which were delicious. At the end, we had a bonus ride on a snowmobile over the frozen lake which gave spectacular views. Thank you so much for this, to anyone wanting an authentic experience in Lapland or snowshoeing,…”

“We booked this tour very last minute and were grateful that it was accepted. We had a lovely time with Tuikku, who deserves more than 5 stars! She was very well organized and answered all of our questions. There was a very friendly atmosphere and you can feel that the company makes an effort to create this kind of experience. The visit to the reindeer farm did feel a bit rushed but as we had already had another reindeer farm visit on a previous trip to Finland, this was not a big issue for us. Snowshoeing on the frozen lake and in the snowy forest was great. Grilling sausages in…”
