We did enjoy the sauna experience and the view of the lake very much. On the way back to our hotel, we left a pair of sunglasses in the pickup vehicle but did not realise until the next day. Once we contacted the company by email, they responded very quickly. We could easily pick up the sunglasses from their office that day. Great service.”

“Due to it not being the busy season there was only the two of us which was great. Both guides were very welcoming, friendly and informative. There was no midnight sun as we were in the wrong month but we already knew this as they tell you before you book. Poor Angelo was training and had to deal with my panic attack when trying on the floating suit. He was wonderful though and I managed to go ahead with it. Glad I did as it was a great experience. Didnt see the lights due to the fog but that's the chance you take. After floating we sat around a camp…”
