The tour agents is very good in communication and in providing all the info you need for the tour. The tour itself is a small group of maximum 8. So really intimate. Brandon, our tour guide deserves a praise. He attended to our needs and even help took our pictures during the activities. The kids love the ginger cookies. I love the sweet hot drink provided. This is highly recommended when you are in Rovaniemi.”

The actual employees working were very nice and very hard working and I’m sure just operating with what they’re given….but the entire experience was rushed, felt like there were too many people and wasn’t even remotely relaxing. Three of our five suits leaked ice cold water inside which was not fun. All five of the suits were so smelly from previous users that they stunk so bad we had to wash our clothes and shower after to get the musty mildew smell off of us.…”
